Refunds & Returns

Due to COVID-19 NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED. Once an order is paid and  completed there’s NO refunds at all.

 BTW we understand it can be hard to choose the perfect online here extension site. We will ONLY process refunds for those order that are at the fault of BTW- BetweenTheWeave, for example miss order ( we sent you the wrong order), or damaged products. Follow our quick and easy instructions for care on your hair extensions. For refunds, send product back in the original condition and will credit your PayPal, credit card or bank account the total amount of your order, minus shipping in curd by BTW minus a $20 and handling fee for returns. Refund should take 4 to 5 business days to be completed once return to our warehouse. To qualify for a refund the set must be returned in unused condition due to hygiene regulations we do not refund or exchange any product that has been tampered with at any cost.

 Removing Hair from Packaging?

Please keep your tracking number you will have to use to send the product back to us, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the product safely to us . Extensions can be viewed , but upon notice of error returned to packaging. Returns MUST HAPPEN WITHIN 3-5 DAY after receiving the package. Extensions CANNOT be CAN NOT BE tangled,wet,or have anything on them. The extensions CANNOT be opened by the seal at all .

USA Customers

If there are any faults with the product, BTW will replace the product once the original product is returned. A refund in this case will only be eligible if the replacement product available or if the return product was not opened

 

Product images & Color matching

All product images depict our products accurately however hair extensions are raw Virgin hair there for some might appear lighter or darker patterns might appear tighter or lighter. No Raw Virgin Hair is guaranteed to have the same color or pattern.

Pre-Orders

Pre orders are recommended for all popular items if the product you want is sold out. All pre order dates are based on approximate time frames only. The BTW team understands that the need to drive expectations and will do everything we can to get your pre orders to our customers ASAP. We do however operate at the mercy of the customer, hints this can affect our delivery dates. Management reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders at their discretion. If an order is delayed by more than 7 days past, they give an approximate pre order date, then a customer can request a refund or exchange order. By placing a pre order from BTW hair extensions an product you agree to these conditions.
